The Five People You Meet in Heaven

The Five People You Meet in Heaven
Mitch Ablom

View The Five People You Meet in Heaven on Amazon The Five People You Meet in Heaven begins a little unconventionally with the death of the main character, Eddie an 83 year old fairground worker. The book then travels back to follow his life and the connections and interconnections with five people who knowingly, and sometimes unknowingly, shaped those 83 years.

The book is short, at around 100 pages it can easily be read in less than a day, and its message is simple. The paradox for any author is that what you take from the book will be what you bring to it, what you are able to fit into the space the author creates.

I think for many people the space created here may invite powerful reflection and the opportunity for  very valuable insights.
